1. The entICE unit is provided for hire using entICE supplied mix product. No other product is to be used in the machine. If necessary, all products must be mixed in accordance with instructions provided at the time of delivery. NB: Use of any other products other than those provided by entICE Party Hire may permanently damage the machine - the hirer will be liable for all repair and replacement costs

2. A bond of $100 may be required on delivery of the machine. If required, this will be advised at the time of booking. The bond is totaly refundable once the machine is returned in working order with no damage. If the machine is damaged, the bond will be used towards repairs, with any additional repair costs to be paid by the customer. Any damage is to be paid for in full within 7 days.

3. Any costs arising from accidental damage, fire, theft, transportation, vandalism, cleaning or damage caused due to incorrect handling will also hold the hirer liable to any repair or replacement costs. The machine is to remain at the address to which it was delivered at.

4. The customer must be available at the agreed time for both delivery and pick up of the machine by entICE staff. If this does not occur, the customer may be liable for an addtional day's hire.

5. If the machine is not available upon collection, legal action will be taken and the customer will be liable for the cost of a new machine.
